Glass Slipper Formals does not currently accept returns on any merchandise due to the nature of this industry. Merchandise is identified as "Final Sale" and may not be returned or exchanged. All merchandise is new from either our store or the designers warehouse. Be aware that the colors in the designers' photograph may not accurately depict the exact color due to differences in lighting or computer displays. Refunds & Returns will not be accepted due to color variations. Also Please review our Size Charts. Please check your measurements to ensure you are selecting the correct size! If you need assistance with sizing please give us a call. All items shipped are thoroughly inspected and no parts of the item will be missing when we ship it. 

All orders over $99 will ship Free inside the USA unless otherwise stated. Gowns may be unavailable in all size & color combinations. Please contact us to verify, otherwise if you purchase a gown that is no longer available we will contact you & issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill your order!

Shipping times for in stock gowns generally take 3-5 business days via UPS or FEDEX. We do not ship outside of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.  Tracking numbers will be updated to your order page as soon as your gown is on its way!
