Wear & Event Dates

Your event date is extremely important to us, and we do our best to accommodate all wear dates whenever possible.

Please share your wear date when ordering or contact us before placing your order. We can check availability and the latest estimated shipping and delivery timeframe for each individual item to help determine whether it can arrive in time for your event.

If we determine that an item cannot reasonably be provided by a wear date that we previously confirmed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options.

If we are unable to fulfill the affected item within the agreed timeframe, the item may be canceled and refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package has shipped, delivery generally takes:

  • From our Lake City store: 2–5 business days.
  • From a designer warehouse: 3–7 business days, depending on the designer.

These timeframes are estimates for shipment to delivery only. They do not include order processing or time needed to obtain merchandise from a designer. Transit time begins after your package has shipped and been accepted by the carrier.

Contact us for the latest estimated timeframe for your specific item. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless otherwise expressly confirmed by our team.

Upgraded Shipping

Need your dress sooner? Upgraded shipping is available upon request. We must first confirm that your selected style, color, and size are in stock and ready to ship immediately.

Pricing varies significantly depending on the item, shipping location, destination, and service required. Selecting expedited shipping does not necessarily expedite designer availability or order processing.
